We outsource our delivery, and expect goods to be delivered in good condition. If the customer selects to pickup from market, it is there responsibility to be able to get there and pick their order, and we take no responsibility for orders that are not picked up within the market window.
Refunds are handled directly by the producers who sold the product, just as we do at the physical market. You can find stall holders contact details on their profile in the shop page. We are not able to process refunds for customers who fail to pick up their order from the market within trading times, if that was their selected option on checkout.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We are unable to cancel orders, due to the multiple stallholders involved in receiving and filling your order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
